The Saradomin hilt is a rare drop from Commander Zilyana, in the God Wars Dungeon. When attached to a completed Godsword blade, which can be created by combining the tree Godsword shards, it creates the Sarodomin Godsword, which enables the players to use the special attack Healing Blade. This special attack restores half of the dealt damage to life points and quarter of the damage dealt to Prayer, with a minimum of 100 life points and 50 Prayer points. It drains the special attack bar by 50%.

The hit is what makes up more than 95% of the Godsword’s cost, for the Godsword blade which it attached to costs less than 500k.

The Saradomin hilt is currently the second most expensive, behind the Armadyl hilt.
